Inspired by that fleeting moment when the Caribbean sky turns impossibly blue, The Blue Hour is our invitation to slow down, have another drink and see where the evening takes you.  Seasonal cocktails, thoughtfully selected wines and small bites set the mood.

Because at Casa Azul, the night should never begin without a proper drink.

The Bon Vivant Table is our private dining experience by Chef Sami—an luncheon or dinner party with remarkable food, cocktails, conversation and the kind of lingering that makes you forget what time it is.

An evening inspired by the characters of Casa Azul.

Dress up, take your seat and let us create the rest. The Originals Dinner is an intimate multi-course dining experience by Chef Sami, unfolding from a welcome cocktail and amuse-bouche through a seasonal tasting menu, dessert and digestif, with optional wine pairings.

Food, cocktails, music and a little theater come together around the table.

Dinner should occasionally come with a show.

Cabaret Bleu brings remarkable food, cocktails, live music and a touch of old-school cabaret glamour into an evening created exclusively for you and your guests.  Take the spotlight or simply enjoy the applause. Either way, everyone becomes part of the night.  What happens after that is entirely up to the evening.
